At Home Appliance Service and Repair we take pride in the quality of our work. Our Master Technicians have the experience, understanding, and skills in the latest technologies to properly troubleshoot control boards, inverters, adaptive defrost controls (ADC), MiComs, BLDC motors, inverter compressors, etc. We use the latest in test equipment and have authorized access to the latest schematics, service bulletins and parts from various manufacturers.

We know that when an appliance starts to giving you problems, this can be stressful enough. The last thing you need is an unprofessional, messy appliance technician entering your home. At Home Appliance Service and Repair, we take care of your home as well as your appliance. All of our technicians are required to use drop cloths as well as disposable shoe covers to protect your home.

Our Flat rate pricing lets you know exactly what you'll be paying after our diagnosis and will provide you with a repair cost estimate. If you decide not to have the repair done, all you'll owe is the service call/diagnostics fee depending on brand and Model.

* Additional charges may apply if a unit needs to be removed or pulled from its current location in order to diagnose. (ex. Stacked washers and dryers, built-in refrigerators, wall ovens, etc.)

We use original equipment replacement parts. We do not purchase parts that are not an authorized replacement. Our replacement parts come with a warranty from 90 days to 1 year and built to manufacturer specs.

If for any reason your part should fail within one (1) year of installation we will fix that repair at no charge (excluding parts). Parts warranties vary by the manufacturer from 90 days to 1 year.
